Our
Production Lines
As
we deal in diversified electronic components, we have developed four
technically advanced production lines. Each of these lines is
dedicated towards manufacturing Resistors, Capacitors, Paper Edge
Boards / Edge Protectors, and Gold Coating Solutions (PVD),
respectively. All these are vertically integrated with a series of
machines like winding machine, etc., that are manned by experienced
and skilled engineers and technicians. They are devoted towards
providing the customers with precise products as per their needs and
choices, that too in a cost-effective manner.
In
our company, we follow a replacement policy for the production
machinery. According to this policy, we continuously replace the
older and inefficient machinery with the newer ones, whenever
upgrading is needed. This policy has assisted us in maintaining the
high quality of our products along with increasing the overall
productivity.
Resistor
Production Line
We
offer a wide range of Resistors to our customers that are developed
using latest automatic lines. These lines are imported from Japan and
Taiwan, with the technical guidance of internationally established
manufacturers. Moreover, the raw material that are used in the
production of Resistors are also sourced from the aforesaid
countries. The selection of raw material is done on account of
choosing the high alumina ceramic rods that are carbonized on the
sophisticated vacuum furnace.

of Carbon Film Resistors (CFR), Metal Film Resistors (MFR), Metal
Oxide Film Resistors (MOR), and others:

As
we do not believe in compromising with the quality aspect of our
Resistors, we have invested a large amount in the sputtering
equipment. We have an in-house sputtering unit that was installed in
1999, making it the latest installation in India. Due to our huge
investments, we have been successful in acquiring the backward
integration of all the production stages, starting from the most
fundamental and initial one to the final stage. This has assisted us
in acquiring an annual production capacity of 400 million pcs of
Resistors.
